Ran Mo
Founder & Advisor
Ran is a seasoned consultant with over a decade of experience specializing in strategic communications, media relations, and investor relations. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with senior stakeholders, providing trusted counsel to start-ups, large corporations and listed companies. She has supported a wide portfolio of firms across multiple sectors during her tenure at leading PR consultancies.
Ran started Ciel&Co. Communications in 2025 with a clear focus of providing high-quality, results-driven communications counsel that helps knowledge-intensive companies (financial service firms, asset managers, consulting firms etc.) achieve their business objectives.
Before transitioning into communications, Ran worked as an analyst covering fintech, cryptocurrency, sustainable investing and power markets. She also contributed to the Digital Strategy team at KGI, a leading Taiwanese investment bank.
Ran holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Hong Kong, and a Master’s degree in Corporate Financial Management from SKEMA Business School in Paris, France.
